A passport or a SSN is required to open a US Bank account. Perhaps you could open a proxy account, but I don't know about the reliability of anything like that. What do you need the account for? Perhaps you could just use a paypal account, or a foreign account and wire funds internationally.
Hello , I am planning to put my friends bank details in my paypal business account . And also planning to apply for a credit card . Now my doubt is can he take the money using the bank if i deposit money from paypal to credit card ? (the credit card is with me and not with him ) . . Well , i don't have any bank account .So when registering with paypal's business account , i am giving my friends bank account AND also i am planning to buy a credit card - that also in his name - but that credit card will be with me and not with him . So now doubt is : if i deposit money from paypal to credit card , then will he be able to take the money that is the card card using his bank account ?(cc is with me )
Yes! He can take money from his account directly, using cheque or debit cards! Instead of trying a CC of your friend why not you try a VCC?
You can't apply for credit card because you don't have SSN. To get PayPal business premier debit card,you will need to add bank account and than you will have to confirm that bank account.The transfer of the money goes from the bank to PayPal and from PayPal to the bank.The money that you have in PayPal are the money that you can spend with the card,but anybody who have access to your PayPal account can spend your money. Just change the password and the email,so you will be the only one that have access to the account.
