    personalthailand.com/wordpress

    to

    personalthailand.com

    what to do ? i heard something using 301 redirect?

    you can do it with ftp client ;)
    just move files. may be you will must edit config or settings file. i don't remember.
    you can use .htacces file as well but i dunno what you must write in it ;)
