Errr... what prevents you from being able to receive money via Paypal at this moment ? As for the job, go to the BST forum. Tons of offers there. Choose according to the skills that you have.
Writing articles, forum posting, website designs, logo making! These are just a few things taht you can earn from in the BST section. It depends on what you are skilled to do. There are many jobs out there. No offense to the poster of this but these are the type of offers that are a waste of your time unless you are looking for a few bucks.
Hey, she never mentioned how much (or how little) she needed. Seriously though, if you don't mind sharing...why do you need to make the money "fast"? I can set you up with bigger offers if you need $50-$200 in a couple days, but if you're looking for steady money coming in you'll need to do some real work and check out the BST section.
Sell something or do some services. The BST content creation section has a lot of work that you can do.
You could offer your services as a paid forum poster. There are people always on the lookout for forum posters in the BST section.
sell some stuff on craigslist, get payment via paypal, then ship it to them. or you could design a flyer, banner, logo. You could also start a blog. Sign up with an affiliate program and promote the heck out of your link
Get a job first. ONce you're stable in your job, go online trading. Or sell stuff in ebay or join Amazon Affiliate.

you should tell us some more what can you do? what knowledges you got and experience. that would help us give you better choice. as for now i can not tell you much due to lack of info.

Go to content creation section (sub-forum of Services section) which can be found at BST. You could earn decent money by doing simple forum posting jobs. You could earn 300$/month(or more) if you do like 100 posts per day.
Join some affiliate programs that offer CPA or cost-per-action programs where you can get paid for referring people to an email signup form. If you can get creative at traffic generation, you can make decent money every day. Good Luck!
