Oops who said website flipping is the easiest... of course it is but not for newbies. Get a keyword rich domain and add some value to it with your website design, if the idea is unique you can make good profit even without much traffic.... in other case you need quality content and traffic to get the best. You can associate the website with twitter, facebook fan page, blog network etc to get good price when you flip... All the best
Pick up a programming language and give web scraping a try. Once you're good at this, ideas may start coming to you!

What's your budget? If it's low then try something else, you'll need at least a few hundred dollars to make it work I'd say. I say this because otherwise for a $10 profit for a site worth $50 it won't be worth your time. Just look around in the trading forum and see if any sites take your fancy. I'd advise you to look at content sites, and specifically sites that have revenue. Don't bother with forums and blogs.
Flipping websites is a great way to earn cash - buy them for cheap, and then build traffic, and earn more, then sell it for more = profit, and rinse.
