I might try putting the pop-up ads on one of my sites and I am wondering which one pays the best.. either leave it in here or pm me please.
Here's a click list where the popup ads are reviewed. The best ones listed I would say are VCM, Casale and Paypopup when it comes to earning from popunders. Personally I think most of these just do popunders and not popups, but they are a similar thing. Good luck and hope this is what you was looking for and hope your site works out well.
