I need to know if there is any such application for LIVE html changes

Hi All - I have a client who I would like to be able to edit the text in his pages live - is there a software out there that will do this? Menaing - he goes to his site - runs the app and makes his text changes or adds a picture - my first guess is joomla or drupal - but this is way too much - didn't know if there was another way. Basically these are all landing/squeeze pages
