I'm looking for advice on how to hire someone to install a design into a social networking site. I've been posting in forums and that sort of thing, but it seems that nobody is interested in doing the work. The design part is completed, it just needs to be installed, and I'd be happy to pay a fair rate if someone would just do it. How do you go about actually hiring someone? Should I be looking for a designer or a coder to put the stupid thing in? Feel free to PM me if you know anyone who might be interested, but I'm really just begging for advice on how to get this done.
