    Let me know the basics of your service to start. I need to know what you charge per site, how often you would update. This is an ongoing project. Also, I will eventually need some references. I need 4 sites optimized right away with more to follow. I'm not looking for the bottom dollar guy, I'm looking for the best person to fit this project.

    If the project seems too small, it's not. I'm just not going into details openly :)
