Yes, you can but it's much harder than you are supposed to. If you can provide total unique and too clear content than you can top SERP with just on-page optimization. But remember that I didn't say you don't need off-page optimization. But I tried to clarify that, if you have best content available in the web then you will get backlinks and viral marketing done by your users.

    Best of Luck

    hahahahaaha

you are so intelligent because you are saying that you know the plan to get ranking only by onpage optimization. So why you are asking that its possible or not. It means you want get idea from other.

We can get ranking only by onpage optimization but if the keywords are so competitive then you cant rank in top 10. So for getting top 10 result offpage is compulsory.

    Thanks

yes you can do with only on page..but few backlinks you need to get your site cache. backlinks are most important thing so with on page you should also do some offpage ... good luck

Only if you have hardly any competition for your keywords and provide lots of content. Otherwise, forget it, you will also need off-page SEO.

It depends upon how competitive your keyword is, age of the domain etc. Plenty of variables that will either make this possible or not. It is possible in theory, but in practice is a very long process to achieve your objectives.

Sorry, for any half competitive term this would not be enough.
