Seriously, I have been told how to advertise but i'm just not getting it...... Someone help me please lol
In the arcade industry you have many thousands of competitors who have been around far longer than you. If you have to be told how to compete, even after joining TalkArcades, you are beaten already and the arcade niche is not for you. Sorry if that sounds rude but it is a completely oversaturated market and it is tough to make anything of it. I offer you the best advice you will ever receive regarding the arcade industry - Move on to a more profitable niche. Tom

What you mean by next step? Can you list down all of your current using advertising method? So that we can give you new method that you still not use it.

i run gamebozo.com and am still in my first year. the first thing you need to know is that visitors go down drastically in the summer. second your page layout needs some work.
first i would change or at least make your header image smaller. i would also put the navigation on the left side instead of the right. Also link exchange a lot more and add more games.
Okay, link exchange, I'm definitely on that, Header I have someone working on, as far as the navigation, I am terrible with coding and stuff so I'd rather not toy around with that, unless you can help me out there?
I would post the games on myspace. Get a profile with a ton of friends and ask them to check it out. Some may put on thier page as well... Hope this helps

Well it will always be harder using free traffic so any money you can spare, use it. If you onyl have a little bit use it at www.funklicks.com great site. $10 for 1k visitors. if you dont understand the concept of "viral through myspace" it may be better letting someone else do it on your behalf, many will post bulletins to thousands of friends for little money. Also there is no next step, you dont do one type of advertising, and then move on to do another, the only next step is doing something successful, MORE. SEO is an a precise skill so spend a lot of time learning it. LE like already mentioned is ok but learn to at least copy and paste certain code, trial and error works, if you copy it and its in the wrong place, its ok, just try again. There's no point getting loads of traffic for them to think the site looks naff and leave. If they are at an arcade they understand what one is, so the only difference, once they are on your site, compared to other sites is your design and games. So make sure they are perfect.
