I would create at least two. One for pets(birds) and one for design and IT related matters. You could really make 3 with those topics. A blog about birds would likely be good as it is a specific niche. Make sure to gets some adsense on the pages. I would further suggest using wordpress. hope that helps, Nigel
Make anyone first.... establish one and then go for the next... its not only the topic that fetches visitors, its presentation, writing style and things like that wishing you best of luck
start with the one you like most... and try to understand wordpress with this first one... so which plugins to use, how to establish url and seo etc... after you are happy what you have start others good luck...
