I need to find a good programmer to work with Long term

    I've been struggling to find a good php programmer to help with my project(s) which are mainly wordpress related issues. DP used to be great to find good people. Last programmer I worked with together for 3 years.
    Can anyone advise on how to find someone with skill and good communication? and if you're that person, please comment and inbox me. I'll always have work for you. Thanks.

    There are lots of places for that. You can start with linkedin or facebook. You can alos offer some job in programmers forums and so on. There are thusands of php programmers waiting for their employer.

    To find a programmer you need to understand what type of programmer you are looking for
    • You can hire freelancers on resources like Upwork, Toptal, Fiverr, Freelancer
    • In-house developers: Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, or Dice
    • Outsourcing companies: Clutch, GoodFirms, ITFirms
