A website like that could easily be completed in a days time frame and shouldn't cost that much seeing how simple it is and very minimal coding work.

Did you also want the flash part of the website, because that will cost more .. just to tell you.

 

I can make you a fully coded template, just without the content because I dont know anything about the dental industry, for a good price. Depending on what sort of look you want.

 

Yeah the flash most probably will cost you more. But you can get it done under $100.

wow...don't take this the wrong way, but if you want the website to look professional, Please don't try to get anything that is even close to that website (You will be wasting money...). Just my opinion (and I design websites, as well as develope them, so you might want to at least consider it). Here's a couple of sites pertaining to this particular field I googled, they look a tad bit more professional.
