    Just look at the page extensions.

    The first is unknown as the urls appear to be re-written, but the second seems to be PHP and third is CGI.

    As for where? No idea!

    You can use PHP code in .html extension as well :p
    The same with ASP .. you can use JS inside it without any problems !

    I realise that. You could even use PHP in .asp if you wanted too, but why bother, lol. Suggesting that was just for a quick guess by the original poster.
