    Talking to Yahoo support people is like talking to trained monkeys. Good luck. I tried to get an issue resolved with them and it took over 3 months! Something that could have been easily resolved on the first half hour telephone call.

    The would be well served replacing most of their staff with middle schoolers. It's really that bad.

    There is a reason Google is stomping their sorry A**

    And this is not an isolated incident. Problems within all their divisions.
