You need check the bind of the card first before buy, because people can sell you Stolen card info and you can think that is Virtual Card.

Lol, get a Mastercard debit from any payment system.
Prepaid ones are bound to some fixed value and usuallly are distributed in a weird way (actually, walmart is one).
