Google of course! There are some really excellent methods of getting backlinks by using paid posters. I recommend the ebook traffic hybrid http://informationninja.com/blog/traffic-hybrid/ . I dont like paying for advertising, although I do some pay per click. I revisited traffic once - it was a ripoff. I think you would be better off doing a paid press release, and then outsource backlinking to your site.
do not buy traffic. try to gain organic traffic from Google. Add quality content you will get loads of traffic from Google. Thanks
