I am going to start a small webdesign company in the near future, but before launch I want a decent portfolio. Therefore I am now offering my design skills at reduced rates! I have experience in webdesign for over 8 years, and I consider myself as an HTML and CSS expert, and moderate PHP programmer. I can do some things with JavaScript as well. I'm also good at photoshop My rates depend on the number of pages and the difficulty of the job, but it's not expensive, I can assure you that PM me if you're interested!
