I need to automatically find and submit to .it free SEO directories

    well you should add your website in Dmoz, Bing, yahoo

    Also try to add and get back links from social networking sites

    Search Google for "your niche" and "directory" and "italy". This should give you a starting point. In addition, if you speak italian then do the search in italian from google's italian domain search.
