First dont post your age. With a hosting company I think that is a liability.

Heres a site that lists 50 places to post your press release for free. Haven't tried them out personally, but people have said it's worth it. As far as paying goes, try prweb. Not cheap, but they will get the word out (or so they say).
Edit: can't post the link since I haven't met the requirements yet. PM'd it to you instead.

    - Advertise on forums that allow adverts.

    - Look like an expert. Take the time to answer poster's questions with developed solutions that make sense.

    - Follow those forums' rules. (ie Don't look like an ass.)

    - Ask for feedback and testimonials from your current clients and show them on your site.

I used to run a Web Hosting Company so I've got some good tips for you.

First of all, make sure you advertise your services on Web Hosting Forums. The best place I found was the Web Hosting section here. Make sure you make a post with the details of your plans. Another decent one is called FreeWebSpace.net. Make a thread posting your services but another good way is to look at the Paid Hosting Requests. Make custom plans to suit their needs, you'll get a lot of extra Clients. Don't just stick to these hosting forums though, find more popular ones and get the word out.

Another great way is SEO. If you can get your website to rank for good keywords, you'll get a lot of extra traffic = Extra Clients. One of the best ones I found was Cheap Hosting. It is quite competitive, so you'll have to do a lot of SEO. The usual SEO techniques of Blog Commenting, Article Writing, Social Bookmarking and Directory Submission should be fine for you. Make sure your website is well optimized for these keywords too. If not, you can always pay for SEO Services to do the job for you.

Another good way I found was to find some friends and see if they needed Web Hosting. I found a few friends who needed hosting, gave them a good deal and that was it. A few weeks later, they would tell me that some of their friends needed hosting too. Provide a good service and your current Clients will advertise your company for you.

I hope this is helpful to you :)

The best way to promote your hosting business is by being active on webmaster forums and if you have a bit of money buy blog advertising. Once your traffic grows you can start an affiliate program which will allow you to get promoted without working.

Finds forums that will allow you to play banner ads on their website and pay via Paypal.

You have a great site with a really brandable name. Use the hammer - there are endless animation ideas for this! You could really brand your site well. :)

    Best advice here so far.

Press release, article marketing all a waste of time in the web hosting market.

Build supporting sites targeting webmaster related keywords and market to them via email your web hosting service.

Use opt in bait to tempt them into opting into your list, then market from there.

Those two methods are your best bet these days.
