i need to add a advert page on my website

hi i have a dog website and now i want to add a advert page to it does any one know where i can get a php script to do this, i would like it to be like this where the customer can upload a picture and a small text ad for a fee that i can set thank you for any help that you can give me. i will say thank you now for any help that i get.

 

i think you will have to code this yourself.. never heard of a script like that

 

Er... think you need to DIY.
Normally such details are taken care by adbrite or inhouse ads sales.
