I need to activate my paypal

    so im new to the hole sell, buy and trade forum here, and just got started a few weeks ago, but already have about 50 bucks racked up on my new paypal account. and theres alot of things i would like to buy with that $50, but i cant becuase my paypal is not "verifyed". I dont have a credit card, nore a bank account. so i was wondering if there was a easy way to validate my paypal. maybe theres a site online were you can get a online bank account without getting out of your seat, or something like that. so can anyone help? all i want to do is spend that money

    You can easily verify your Paypal account using a VCC at the cost of 4$/5$

    but what about that 1.50 dollar charge that has to be made to your card when trying to verify paypal? how to you do that witha brand-new vcc?
