Im trying my hardest working around the clock trying to gain new members, and could use all the help I can get; so please if anybodys reading this please leave your comments on this thread stating how i can gain new members to my forum website, and also please register yourselves immediately at the website URL listed below: gamewatch.freeforums.org
1. Get a real domain and hosting, few wants to be active on freeforum(s) hosts. 2. You have to make a forum which is unique all other gaming forums. Ask yourself; would you have joined this forum if you found it randomly on the net? Why should anyone else join this forum, and not one of the major gaming forums on the net which already has tons of members to discuss with. Making a new gaming forum today would be hard to populate, as there's so many large gaming forums already. You have to make it unique.
Get real domain and hosting or you won't have any success. Fill it with unique and quality content - game news, tips, some cheats and so on.
Hope you come back and read your topic replies after infraction expired but as i can see that you get banned at your fifth post your marketing strategies are to much spamy do not request to join just advertise tell your friends by sending them email or on face book
Highly unlikely that anyone that posts on that site as a result of this post will actually return to your site. Focus on building a quality site with easy to use technology, and then focus on targeted traffic.
Members would only interested in signing for forums that has a real domain. Make sure to get a domain first and then set-up your forum first before thinking getting of lots of sign-ups.
Focus on a particular game .So that you have a group of followers .A general forum about sports would not worth it.
Set up a brand - your website's name is "gamewatch.freeforums.org"? Spell 'Nintendo' and 'Gaming' right. Get a new design. Look at others for inspiration. I typically prefer light background colors over dark, but here's a good one with a black bg: http://www.gamernade.com/forums/
You could utilize facebook to get the word out. Create a group on facebook relating to your forum and invite everyone you know to this group. For your friends who aren't on facebook, e-mail them.
I have one failed forum and my lesson is - if your forum are small and didn't have any unique selling point then no one gonna post in it.
