    hello there,

    you can make the same jquery slider with some tweaks, here is an tutorial to how to do that : Add jquery slidershow to blogger
    You just have to follow the steps then add the Featured Articles Images and that's all

    Go to Google and search "Free download Slider for website", then you got no of website for downloading free slider. I suggest you one website named "wowslider" which is also good website for downloading free slidder.
