Ok. I will create a website tonight for very low cost. I will use homestead because I know nothing about coding. And I will put some good content up and good graphics. But just tell me one thing...how do i go about creating a list. Do I need an autoresponder or some other thingamabob? can I build a list for free?
Yes You can build a free list, and for that purpose you'll need to have an autoresponder, either paid like aweber or getresponse or you can use a free php auto-responder script which you can find easily on net by doing a Google search. So here are the main steps: 1-After you make your site, install an autoresponder script for optin purpose. 2-Find a free PLR book related to your chosen niche, change it's content or title if you want to, and if you like you can also put your name as an author of that book on it. 3-Upload that book to your server and put a thank you page which your visitors will see and download the book from after they optin for your free offer. 4- Then go to either DP's freebie section or to some other related forums in your niche, and do some real and meaningful posts in those forums and put the link to your optin page in your signature area with a catchy line for attracting members' attention. you can also then make a post about your free "gift" in those forums' relevant and correct sections. Also you can then find related blogs in your niche and post a comment on them with your site's link and a free gift offer with a catchy line. Just make sure that your comment should not be a spam but related to the content on that blog or blogs.
upload the book to my server.....I'm using Godaddy.com's website tonight. Can I do all that on there u think?
If you have ftp access then you can, otherwise you can send the book by emails but it may involve some manual work.
You will definitely want an autoresponder to manage your lists and messages. Once you have your site up, be sure to add the subscription form to your site. Also, take a look at my post on how you can generate hundreds of new leads every month in this same forum: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1164623
I suggest you use an autoresponder like aweber I have had no problems with them since I have been registered. I wouldn't recommend homestead I doubt many people like all those freebie sites, I have bad memories of them
