    You didn't specify what extention you are wanting. The cheapest one is going with the .tk extention, it's free! Or go to uni.cc, is't also free too.

    As you can see Netfirm $4.95 and 1&1 $5.99 hosting company have the best prices. If you are looking to register a domain name for free there are a couple of companies giving it if you contract a yearly hosting plan.
