I'm a DP noob and also just getting into ppc for targeted traffic for both my offline and online business.

Are you looking for someone to drive the traffic for you or are you wanting to learn how to to do it yourself? If it's the latter you might check out Mike Dillard's PPC Domination that shows you how to do it yourself. There are a few other "how to's" like his out there but his is the one I'm most familiar with (that I've heard good things about anyway).

Three reliable ways to get targeted traffic to any website:

- submit your website to the leading online directories that match your category.
- submit your website to search engines and directories.

 

Cheap traffic don't alwways converts.

If you are looking for a fast targeted traffic I would recommend trying advertising your site through an ad network such as Adbrite for best results, you can target your traffic that way.

 

Online article marketing is one of the good way of approaching the target visitors.
These days your will find good articles on internet marketing and you can post your own articles also.
