I need tables less contact form

    I need someone to create a tableless contact form exactly like the one here:

    http://www.accesscontrolsecurity.com/contact.php

    I do not want tables and would prefer the use of labels, it must have some validation so that people can't leave requires fields empty and check to see if the email is in the correct format. I would also need the coded php file that send all the info of the contact form to my email. Please reply here or PM me with your experience, price & timescale.

    I can do this project for you, I can achieve a tabless contact form with Javascript and PHP (For people that don't have JS enabled) validation. I'll send you a more detailed PM.
