Did you look to see if there are any ebooks on Clickbank or other affiliate networks on eye twitching.

maybe you can add the google adsense for the ads, but if you like paypal for payment sistem, maybe you can try bidvister.com.

its a tough call but you may have to go for opthalmic referral ads or other eye related aff/refferal ads
I havent seen much ads just targetting on eye twitching though

you could also write a really good informative ebook or say collections of every article/info you put on the site daily and publish as paid ebook monthly or timely..

    Hello,
How "big" do you want the site to be? Is is part of an overall business strategy, or a one-off idea? What is your ultimate outcome for the site? How will you measure success? Do you have a plan in place for next steps (depending upon success or failure)? Do you know the market well enough to know where the "pressure points" are that if you change them in some way, the market will be more accepting of your idea?

This may be overkill for you, but the point is to think clearly about whether this is simply a short-term tactic to generate some revenue, or part of a larger marketing plan by you to gain some traction in this space.

    Good luck,
    Jim
