My website is Poker Staking I basically want to rank in the top 3 for the term "Poker Staking" My website is still under construction, so by the time I release the site which would be about 1-2 months I want to achieve my desired search engine position. I am already submitting my site to as many high PR directories as I can. What else should I do. Also if anyone thinks they can get me my desired search engine position, please reply here. Please give suggestions.

Use directories submissions and submit yout link with your desired title. "Poker Staking" as 347000 results, shouldnt be to hard.
Hi, currently only the news articles are duplicate. This is a new site and most of it is filler content. I haven't actually started putting content on the website yet. But thanks for the suggestions. From now on I will be using Poker Staking as my anchor text. Anyone else with more suggestions.

So these are the steps I am taking: - Hiring a full time article writer to write unique poker related articles everyday - Emailing as many poker related sites for link exchanges - Submission to as many directories as I can, I already have a nice list of 2000 free PR5+ directories As for the under construction part, that basically is just the staking part, rest of the site will be functional till then. Google wont even know that part exists until and unless I tell them. I will keep on logging my progress in this thread till the day i achieve Number 1 position in google for the word "Poker Staking"
Finally I've dared to ask you this question I'm totally confused now. Can anyone help me, please? I have a brand-new domain, research-papers-production.com and I want to optimize it for a keyword. Actually, I wanted "research papers" and evens started to do it, but it seems there is too many competitors - 31 800 000 - just too much. In the meantime I've started submissions to the directories under the title "(Keyword) Production - Your (keyword)", but I feel there is something wrong and I need to change the title. Or needn't? ;-/ I've started also to optimize my other pages for niche keywords, and started submit articles to digg (Thanks this forum for very helpful answers!) Can anyone advise me.. please?
