Hello all Actually I am trying to post one of my client to about 200 blogs with link of his site. I have seen forums where I can post Threads/ Replies with sig links on it. But Can I do same in blogs? I know it sound little stupid to ask this question but I need a good help on this one. I know blogs has comment and people do comments with links to their site on certain blog post made by webmasters. Can I post or start new threads as in forums in blogs too? I am extremely new to blogs so please bare with me and do suggests on how to posts in blogs with links to the website. Thanks again for the support..
Most of the times it will be considered as spam, if your comment isn't related to the post you're commenting on. Furthermore, most links in comments are nofollow, so useless for SEO. I suggest you try getting some paid posts in a few blogs to see if it's worth it for you.
There are even some services that can do this for you, but it's considered as spam... Anyway, when you post a blog comment, you can leave your url in the box, just below your name (in wordpress blog). If the owner use the dofollow plugin, you will profit from the PR juice.
Well, posting it in comment is not a wise idea if the site is not related to the topic of that particular post, and rightly mentioned by r3born, it'll be considered as spam. What you can do is: Buy posts Paid Reviews Post exchange (if you've a blog of your own) Search for the specific blogposts which relate to the client's site and post your comment using the link space there (this is comparatively time taking, but doesn't involve any cost except your precious time). Not worth it as most blogs have no follow. Also the blogs that are worth having links on will be moderated and therefore your comments won't even show. The time it takes you to get 200 followed links from blog comments. You might as well spend it trying to get one good link from somewhere. Quality of the link is important, not quantity.
