    I want to make search enigine media marketing forum like this forum.I want to know which cms is best and free? if any help me I will give thanks for important reply

    first you have to decide whether you want a forum or a blog. A forum is for discussions - so it requires active members.
    A blog is to directly share knowledge / communicate feelings ... etc. so it requires active writers who can write articles.

    next decide whether you want a free platform (blogger / wordpress etc for blog ; free forum platform) or own blog / site
    own blog / site / forum costs a minimum of 35$ per year ...

    OR simply start a blog on blogger.com to improve your writing skills and develop it as you gain experience

    About free forum scripts you can pick: MyBB is perfect or phpBB but i don't like too much.

    I can help you with MyBB. SMF is almost dead platform because there is no updates this days. Plus you have many themes and plugins for MyBB. If you need some help feel free to contact me.

    I agree with Alexbizz, mybb is a very good free source forum , you can edit with themes ETC as Alex mentioned And same again Contact me for help.

    Hello Zakir,

    Creating the forum is the easy part but developing the community is often near to impossible. Why would people join your community which is brand new with few members when they can visit more popular forums. I suggest you look into community development before you proceed with this forum idea.
