Buying I need someone with multiple IPs

    I need someone with multiple IPs to place a vote on a website.

    I need about 3,000 votes.

    Cannot place vote from the same computer even if you clear the cookies. Their tracking system is too cleaver!

    So I need someone who can do this in a better way!

    Why don't you get a vpn for 10 $ ,you get 4k different ips,and you do it for 10 $ ?
    If you don't want that i can do it via vpn, but my paypal have some issues atm, so i can accept only LR/MB.

    The site which I am talking about is very clever on IP tracking it seems.

    And I am not quite familiar with VPN and IP switching, cache clearing things!
