I am willing to pay someone who is active on Reddit (as in, submits links and comments there regularly, ie most days) to occasionally, once or twice a week, submit a link to one of my sites (it's a picture site, nothing dodgy). There is a particular subreddit I would want you to submit to. I would tell you exactly what link and title to submit. It would take you literally one minute to do each time.
