Why? Just submit your site(s) yourself to Google and Bing (which will in turn pick up Yahoo). You can submit them through the "Indexing" section of Google's and Bing's webmaster tools. Don't bother with the other search engines.
If you want to submit your website in all search engine you don't need any help from other, you can do it with your own. Just collect the search engine websites register your site and submit your website. its very simple to do.
if you want to submit your site to all the search engines, then you are actually little over a decade late in SEO. there is no need to submit to any search engines at all. all search engines have their own ranking algorithm and they all work differently but what all search engines have in common is the backlinks. more incoming links you have from external sites, higher your ranking will be. since all search engines will follow the links you build and visit your site, your site will get indexed anyways so there is no need for this added step of search engine submission.
