I need someone who can make forums very serious about it.

    Hello all my DP friends,
    I am looking to make new forum. I need someone who can make it or modify the Vbulletin according to what I need.
    • People can login from any email id such as yahoo msn and hot aol .
    They can use same username id which they are using with the facebook and twitter. Links
    Invite friends.
    I want pages where people can upload their work. Such as songs like file sharing.
    Chat room

    This should be in BST.

    I could do it, but why vBulletin when this kind of stuff can be done much easier on other software?
