I need someone who can do animation

    Can anyone do animation here? I have a client who requires a short little flash thing done (but it's more like animaion, so i'm not really sure how that works) but I need someone who is in the USA, and someone who I can actually call (or skype) to explain this stuff too. I also need someone reliable who will be able to do this.
