I have a logo that I want to use to create a t-shirt design. The design will be layered. It will have a background image of a splash that is somewhat opaque. On top of that image will be an image of a fish (I will provide an example). This image will be opaque, but not as opaque as the splash background. On top of that image will be my logo (I will provide, already designed).
