I need someone to put a template on top of an existing theme...

    I have a client who has a real estate website, with an existing theme (has code for real estate listings built into the theme). He wants to refresh the look of the site but not lose the functionality, I'm just too busy for this so I'm looking for a freelancer

    I need someone to take a provided PSD and implement. Must have references and portfolio.
