    basically im going to need someone that knows how to properly manage a PPC campaign on google sucessfully. someone that can get me high CTRs and sales of unlocked cell phones such as motorolas and nokias.
    i will pay for this service but you MUST have previous experience and access to keyword spy tools is a plus
