I would suggest that you add a bit more about the e-commerce store you require. First of all, if you want a to built it from scratch then it's going to cost you alot as the developer will have to write tons and thousands of code. Instead, you can pick a FREE SHOPPING cart available in the market and customize it as per your need. I can do this work for you. Let me know if you are interested. I've worked on 3 shopping carts till now.
@mrayan89 has right - custom e-commerce software will cost. I would suggest to pick up some existing software (free or commercial) because it's already tested by users = it's secure (you can't expect it from software wrote for you before it will be tested in use by mass-users).
