The book contains around 600 different recipes and I have already broken these down into 16 different categories but have done this on seperate word documents for each. What I need is for someone to go through each document, format the document into a format for Amazon upload, then compile each document into the one final document. I would also like a table of contents containing each category and each individual recipe title under that, which are all to be hyperlinked. So when a person wants to just visit the recipes under chicken, they can just click on chicken and be taken to all of the chicken recipes, or under the Chicken title, if they see the individual recipe they would like to go to, they can just click on that and be taken straight to it. This is how Amazon likes to have the formatting of a word document: For optimum conversion results limit the formatting of your Microsoft Word file to the Word menu commands listed below: Plain text, left-aligned Plain text, centered Plain text, right-aligned Plain text, underlined Plain text, bold Plain text, italicized Plain text, bold, italicized Plain text, underlined, bold, italicized Plain text, strike-through Plain text and Plain text in superscript Plain text and Plain text in subscript Plain text and plain text in both superscript and subscript While the Kindle Direct Publishing accepts Word files for eBook conversion, Word files which contain complex formatting may not export well. Kindle content is re- flowable and can be viewed with different font sizes; so page numbers and font sizes do not apply. For this reason, there is no need to change the margin's length in your book. Blank lines of text should not be inserted to create empty pages. You should use the "Page Break" feature of Word at the end of your chapters for a smoother transition and better reading experience. Images can be added to your content to create interest with the 'insert' function of Word rather than merely copy/paste for better results. If you are submitting your content file in .doc format, the entire book text should be uploaded in one .doc file. To view a sample file with formatting tips, please see the Sample Formatting help page. Important: A .docx file is a file from Microsoft Word 2007 that is not compatible with previous versions of Word. At this time, documents in .docx format are not supported on KDP. If your content has been created in .docx format, please resave your document in .doc format and use the file to upload through KDP. The attached file contains an example Microsoft Word document (.doc) showing the formatting (listed above) that will convert well to Amazon KDP. We recommend that you use only these formatting styles. You can also visit: http://forums.kindledirectpublishing.com/kdpforums/entry.jspa?externalID=114&categoryID=14 for this and more information. I'm not sure about the linking in this, but know it can be done for Amazon Kindle Books as I have seen many books advertised with this type of linking for the contents page. With the formatting, in each document there are various lines that need to be deleted between some of the recipes, some of the recipes are all in caps and need to be in a regular sentence font and so forth. Can someone please get back to me with a price and when they think they can get it back to me please. Thanks
