I need someone to download, re-encode then upload some videos for me

    I have about 15 or so FLV videos hosted in an S3 account. I need somebody to download those videos, re-encode them as WMV files with a 3 second leading and trailing graphic that I'll provide, and then upload them to a vimeo account, login details of which I will also provide, then give me the embed codes for each video once it's on vimeo.

    Quotes, please? The videos add up to roughly 200mb on S3.
