    I need someone to design me a flashy email template using my logo. I need instructions on how to use it "send them out". If you could please give me a price, thanks.

    Flashy email Template? you mean you want to insert Flash files in it?
    Well most of the emails does not support flash files,

    I can make you a nice rich (html/css) email template for cheap price.
