I need someone to convert my vbulletin to phpbb... anyone?

I am currently running vbulletin v3.6.4 and I am looking to convert threads, posts, users, etc to a phpbb system.

First of all, can anyone do this for me? I know phpbb has a conversion for it but i really want someone experienced to do it right so I can have zero down time.

Maybe he's sick of the script. or doesn't have money to pay for another year (if it was a license for 1 year).

The phpbb.com site seems to be down for some days (server problems). I wanted to look for a link maybe to a converter .. there should be such thing .. I assume
