I need someone to call PayPal for me! Will pay

    Paypal limited my account today..they asked for utility bill, photo id and CC statement..I have provided them utility bill and photo id but i can't provide CC statement cuz i verified using VCC and VCC do not have statement.

    I need someone to call PayPal for me..and tell them that i verified using a VCC and i can't provide statement for that...

    And i will tell you what all you will have to say..And i'll provide all details.

    Why can't you call them yourself or just email them about what you need to say.

    Very silly.. you already contacted them with your utility bill and such... i don't see how you are unable to tell them yourself whether by phone or email.

    He can contact paypal thru paypal using his account. No one can call for you and help you . In fact it can cause you more problems.

    Buddy Using VCC results in this kind of damage as well. so those using VCC should be cautious as well

    Pranav as GDI business said why dont you go ahead and call them using VOIP that will be free for you and you can tell them the truth as well

    Add a real credit card and provide the statement of your new credit card.
    Or if you created VCC using your bak account or instead of your real credit card provide them your bank statement that shows up transaction details.
