    Note: Paypal is not available in my country.

    Why not ask the sender to send the money directly to the user?

    If the seller has a biz or premier paypal account they can set up a one time payment link via paypal...regardless if you have an account

    lol when u send 22 from debit card to someones account paypal charge at least 2$ so there is no benefite on this deal.
