You have to use 2 websites for the submission.

You have to use one description for 10 times, description provided by me.

Directory PR should be from 1 to 5.

Weekly report required containing location of links.

Its a long time job.

Not really. If you really think that quote stands true, it is not an ethical action. Of course that as a buyer, you smile when you offer less money for a service that should be at least double of what the initiative is.

As a scenario, if I see a bum on the street, and I give him a penny, I guess "Something is better than nothing" stands. It's about morality in this case. I kind of spit on his face by giving him a penny.

This is no disrespect. This is a forum where people from all over the world are available. If you cant afford this service for this fee then just hit the back button and look for something else. Why bother other people?
Now there are countries, where a $ means a lot in local currency. Maybe a newbie can agree to do this. I dont see any insult in this.
