OK, I have a great idea but no time to build the site. I am looking for somebody who can build the site (probably 10 hours work as its pretty simple). In return you get a 75% share in the site and I get a 25% share. The site needs a simple DB and I have a sample script from another site which does most of the work. You would then need to promote the site and manage it. I would be a silent partner. Anyone interested?
Whats to stop someone hearing your idea and just developing it? Hosting and a domain name are cheap so there's no reason why someone couldn't just go and develope your idea. Have you got a contingency plan?
If somebody steals my idea from a PM then they clearly have no morals. Its not going to make a fortune and may not even be as good an idea as I think. If nobody is interested I will probably post it in public anyway.
