I need some serious LinkBuilding/Marketing/SEO Help

I recently launched a new art website www.EJFineArt.com to switch over from several ebay usernames and another art website that was not ecommerce, more or less just information on art. The new website is running zencart. Currently I have some "working" on link building but all this idiot is doing is submitting me to FFA's and directories so I canned him.

My site converts fairly well if the right crowd is targeted. Example, I got a list of about 100 email addresses of art buyers and sent a little newsletter out. I would say about 80% actually came to my website, 20% signed up for the newsletter, and 3% made large purchases.

I need targeted traffic to my website, and I need a constant stream of it. I have managed to get into google already and I am working my way up the rankings on several keywords and phrases.

I am in need of someone who can do some serious LB/Marketing for the website. I need a professional and I am willing to pay based on your level of commitment/expertise.

Please let me know what some options are and who is available for work. I wouldnt mind seeing a "portfolio" per se to see some experience.
